In Adherence to the Constitution of Kenya, particularly Article 10(2) on national values and principles of governance and Article 232(1)(d) on public participation in decision making, as well as the County Government Act, 2012, specifically Article 6(6) on inclusivity in county governance, Article 87(b) on citizen engagement in budget processes, and article 91(c) on mechanisms for effective participation, the Garissa County Assembly invites members of the public to provide input in the preparation of the 2nd Supplementary Budget for the FY 2025/2026
